Fund managers and private pension providers authorized by the A.S.F. have the obligation to pay the initial contribution, the annual contribution, respectively the increased contribution, as the case may be, to the Guarantee Fund, as well as to ensure the payment of the financial resources necessary to cover the expenses related to the administration and operation of the Guarantee Fund.
