Data Processing Policy

The Private Equity Guarantee Fund (FGDSPP) is constituted as a legal entity governed by public law, being supervised and controlled by the Financial Supervisory Authority, established in 2012 under Law no. 187/2011.

FGDSSPP is registered in the Register of the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing as a Personal Data Operator under no. 27 178.

Legal framework

FGDSSPP, in its capacity as Personal Data Operator, will comply with its obligations under EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of of these data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), which confers the normative framework for the processing of personal data.

THE GOAL

FGDSPP processes personal data in order to guarantee the rights of participants and beneficiaries, as the case may be, acquired in the private pension system, regulated and supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority, under the conditions and within the limits established by Law no. 187/2011.

Confidentiality

Both FGDSPP employees and contract agents have the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data they provide. The use of empowered agents is justified by operational responsibility, being specialized services, professionals who can manage the necessary volume and provide the technology through which the Operator can fulfill his / her legal attributions.

FGDSPP processes personal data by mixed means (manual and automatic) under conditions that ensure the security, confidentiality and respect of the rights of the data subject and only for the specified purposes.

By browsing the Private Equity Fund Guarantee Fund (FGDSPP) site, only personal information or data volunteered may be recorded.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016, the rights of individuals, whose personal data are collected and / or processed, have the right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and opposition.

For the exercise of these rights, it can be addressed with a written, dated and signed request, sent to the FGDSPP headquarters.
