The mission of the Private Pension Rights System Guarantee Fund is to compensate the loss of participants and / or beneficiaries of private pension funds, both in the accumulation of contributions and entitlement after opening, from the inability of administrators or pension providers asumste to honor obligations and ensure payment of participants or beneficiaries of private pension funds, for their inability to ensure the pension administrators and providers, as appropriate.
The guarantee fund is managed by a Management Board, composed of 3 members. In order to ensure the executive management of the activity of the Guarantee Fund, the Board of Directors appoints, by decision, the General Manager.
