The draft regulations to be adopted by the Private Pension System Rights Guarantee Fund are published on its website, before the FGDSPP approval procedure and their approval by the Financial Supervisory Authority, so that interested persons to be able to take note of their content and to formulate possible proposals and observations. In this section are published, for information and the formulation of possible observations, draft regulations to be adopted by FGDSPP, before going through the FGDSPP approval procedure and ASF approval.
